The addon adds new waving animations for leaves and plants in Minecraft PE. Plants in Minecraft generally look dead and boring - there are no animations for them at all. While in real life, whether it's swaying from the wind or shaking from the rain - they're almost always in motion. Unlike the shaders, this addon doesn't change anything about the graphics - it only adds new animations. Of course, you can combine the use of this addon and shaders to get even better effect overall - that's what I did in my video.

How to install addons:

Download addon straight from your device
Find and open .mcpack or .mcworld files that you download earlier
Click it to import into Minecraft Pocket Edition
Open the game
Create a new world or edit an existing world
Scroll down to Add-ons section and select the ones you want to apply
Make sure to enable "Experimental gameplay" in Settings
